Is your livestock grass fed?
Our cattle have access to pasture and are fed high quality forages year-round. We also supplement their diet with grains, to help provide marbling and flavor. Our hogs are also provided the highest quality grains throughout the entirety of their lives.
Is your meat organic?
We are not organic certified.
What sets your meat apart from others?
Our commitment to quality helps us to strive to produce the best products possible. Hard work and love, a foundation of good genetics and stress free handling are all factored into our products.
Is your meat antibiotic, steroid and hormone free?
Our animals are never given steroids or hormones. Antibiotics are only used in dire situations, which is quite rare.
How does the meat stay frozen in transit?
Our meat is packaged in an insulated box with dry ice. Once shipped, they arrive in 24-48 hours.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, just select local pick up at check out. Local pick up times are Tuesday from 9am-12pm or Friday by appointment.
What steps are involved with purchasing a bulk share?
We charge a deposit on the animal and the remainder is paid to us, when we weigh & haul it to the processing facility. The customer then contacts the processor, with their preferred cuts (cut cards shown below). The processing facility will estimate or quote their processing fees & these can be paid at time of pick up.
